Cruise Control

I am having a problem with my cruise control. It just seems to cut off for no reason at all. When I set the cruise the dash says cruise see. Not set. Im taking it to the dealer tomorrow. I just bought it last friday so they will have to fix it under the warranty. I am just hoping its a quick fix but for now any one have any ideas?

mine did the same thing when i bought my 06~i took it to the stealership and they gave me a 07 and i couldnt get it to pass smog~so they gave me a new one
