Fog lights not working

First of all thanks for having this forum.
I just got a 2007 SXT a week ago. I have a fog light problem they are stock. The light on the instrument cluster comes on, the bulbs are good and the fuse is good but I have no power to the fog lights. what do I check next?

Did they work before or did you just install them?

the light were on the car when I bought it. I never checked if they worked until last night and they were out.

maybe a loose ground wire?
