one of our members says that if you are runnin eibach sportlines, installing RT or SRT shocks will lower the car even more??
has anybody else tried this??
i am tempted to do this
shocks dont lower your car the springs do so this is false!! a shorter shock will work better with a shorter spring thats for sure... if you're bagged it will let you drop more because fully compressed shock is shorter but thats about it
On a side note, the R/Ts and SRTs weigh more so the springs have a different spring rate. Don't try to put springs on because it may cause you car to ride higher. This was always a funny thing in the neon scene. Guys with base neons put srt springs on to try to go lower but they wound up about an inch higher. And even with all the warning threads, so many went ahead and tried it.
