maybe oil leakin on the exhaust system.........? just a guess.What if you were to test it, go as fast as you need to duplicate the smell, pull over and see if you can pin-point the origin of said smell...?

Agreed, get the smell back. Pull over and pop the hood.
Check the tension on the serp belt. Maybe the burning rubber smell is coming from it when the belt heats up while the engine is turning pretty fast. If the belt is swelling, it will get tighter causing that burning smell (maybe).
I get the smell too after WOT. A number of members discussed this on the LX forums. No definite cause was pinpointed but Dodge techs say it's normal. I call it Hemi sweat.
