Condensor/transmission fluid question

I am going to replace my condensor and the two tranny lines that run from the condensor to the transmission. My question is, would I be best off by installing the lower line first and than trying to fill the condensor through the top hole along with the lower tube and then install the top tube? That way I know I have fluid in the condensor. Any way I will probably have to buy the measurement dipstick to check it correct? Let me know if there is a procedure for doing this, I am assuming a large air burp to the transmission would do it no good. Any help is greatly appreciated. Oh yeah, the condensor was drained of all fluid so I have no clue how much is in there.

Thanks guys
Richard
