hello everyone, well i have an 05 sxt it has 13.000 k on it. ever since i bought the car 10 months ago there has been a wobble, the wobble shows up 50 to 70 km/h. the dealer replaces 3 tires, and still there, the also told me that it's the egr valve (sure), and thats as good as it's going to get. well im at wicks end with it, the car has parkensons disease... the dealer that im dealing with has made me mad and i hate to say it but im really starting to hate the car. i told them to figure it out quick because if they dont im driving it through there show room and right up there a**. I need your help, and any info on what to do would be great. .....jim.
Just a thought. Mine had a wobble for a long time and I found that the wheels had to be center balanced. Took the wobble right out. This was with new 20" high speed wheels as FYI.
Either way, don't let the dealer off. Bug the crap out of them until they make it right. Common sense says the you don't have to settle for a poor riding car just because the dealer can't fix the issue.
As with the other guys said, an alignment and balance might solve that trick. I notice that you don't have rims but you could install hub centric rings. I got the wobble after I installed 20's but once I installed the rings, the shakes went away
the dealer did a road force balance and, the is also called a center balance, and they forund a tire out of spec, the changed it but still there. when i bought the car it would pull you off the road ( to the right ) and thats when the wobble started. i have no idea where to go from here. i would love to buy new 22's but i dont have the cash right now so im stuck with the damaged rims because of the dealer. should i get a wheel alignment done at my cost and see what it says ?. i really cant hate the car. i dident make it's self.
hello i think you should take this car to a shop that you trust and have it looked over make sure it was not hurt before you got it did you buy the car new if so does your state have a lemon law there is no way that you should be told that is best its going to get
