Where can I begin?!?! I placed an order for halo headlights back in December '06.... I kept calling and leaving messages when I didn't receive the lights and never got one call returned. Anytime I actually got someone on the phone, they had no idea where my lights were and would promise to look into it.
To make a long story short, I didn't receive my lights until late February and that was only because I threatened to take them to court if I didn't receive my lights or get a refund. I thought it was all over at that point! Less that two months later my lights are not working. I called to have the parts that are not working replaced and was told that if I paid for the overnight (ordered Wednesday night, today is Friday?!?), they would send them right away. (They are quick to charge and get their money!). Needless to say I chased down my mailman and was told that the package has not come in. I called the company and now they say that they only shipped out one of the items but can't give me a tracking number because "their computers are down" WHATEVER!!!! I don't know how in the hell this company stays open. I wish I would have read these forums before I purchased anything from them!!!!!

I understand.... But if I pay for "overnight shipping" thats what I should receive.... I ordered the replacement parts on Wednesday the 11th and today is friday and no one can give a tracking number or an explaination and have not received the parts....
Well heres the update... As I stated I payed for "overnight shipping (45.00)" and received the ballast yesterday, ordered the part on Wednesday?! Which was shipped out Thursday and received Saturday via priority mail not express.... But they collected payment for overnight?..?..
I own my own company and its not about collecting the money and then worry about the customer later.
Make to customer happy and have business for a long time... Treat the customer like trash and get ready to close down....
I agree woth having a thread to post bad experiences. In that, we should also include a good experience thread. On that note, even a place to share online coupon codes. Just a thought.
