Well, FedEx has officially pissed me off. I had ordered the hood struts for my '06, since I hated my Hood Prop rod. I placed the order with Mopar Supercenter
Mopar SuperCenter Discount Mopar Parts 4 Chrysler Dodge & Jeep vehicles and they shipped them out asap. Well, I was checking the tracking number with FedEx last week, and it said they delivered it 30 min before. I was like Sweet, they are here. Well, go to look on the front door, and NOTHING. Called FedEx, No Help. Called them back, they told me to wait a few days. Called again, was given the run around. Called a fourth time, and they told me the driver double checked and it went where it was supposed to be. BS!! I live out in the middle of no where, and no kid is going to run off with HOOD STRUTS. I mean, within the 30 min It was supposedly on my porch for before I checked? Called Mopar Supercenter, and they filed a claim with FedEx and shipped me another set within 24 hours. I just got off the phone with one of the managers from there, and to say the least, I am VERY pleased with their customer service. He apologized for the inconvenience and did everything he could to help me, even ship it UPS, haha. So I figured I'd share the experience and give them a bump, since they are on top of their game.
Mopar Supercenter = Good
FedEX = BAD
But that's just my 2 cents.
