The Mrs and I were at best buy and started lookin at in dash monitors. So we pretty well decided on one and planned on going back next weekend to get it, since we had just bought Chay a new laptop we would have to wait a week. So off to the mall we went, we were gonna stop in and look at new phones for me, so we get in there and I was lookin to upgrade to a PDA anyways, I end up walkin out w/ and 8gig iPHONE instead! This thing is BADASS! I'm complely in love. The plans all stayed the same(save for the media usage and mssgs). We added 40 extra dollars onto the plan, but its WELL worth it!!!
well at this time I can't really say ' oh, boys and their toys' because I love them too! Bring on the mods! lol. I am pretty excited for the flip up moniter though, it's gonna be BAD!
I got an 8gb iPhone too and I have to agree that it's WELL worth the money. I purchased a monster cable from crutchfield.com in the hope that I can run my music off the iphone into my car stereo but was dissapointed that it did not work. I'm sure there is a way to do it!

Hey, chris was pretty excited to find someone else with an iphone. He was wondering if you figured out how to work the bluetooth. We found and turned his on, but it won't find any other devices and when another device finds it, nothing will transfer. Any pointers??
Well, to my understanding you can only sync a bluetooth headset to the iphone, no transferring files or anything of that nature. So if he's trying to add anything other than a headset it pretty much won't work...
Yea, it's a slim drawback but I am very pleased with the phone. I'm carrying one less device (ipod) with me. If Chris hasn't already done so, check out the link for help with bluetooth/iphone:
