Hot Air from Vents

I have the dial on cold and when I turn on the air, warm air comes out no matter what the temperature is outside. The only way to make it cool is to turn on the a/c for a minute and then turn it off. Is this common for everyone?

My 2006 SE will always blow warm for a few seconds, but will cool off by itself.

At least it isn't just my mag that does that. Welcome to the site pwrdbyjp. I see you are from Port Hueneme. I grew up in Oxnard, Mandalay Beach to be exact and lived in Ventura until recently. Now I am up in SB. How did you find the site?

I just started searching on mods for the mag as soon as I got home from the dealership last week

I have had this nearly all the cars that I have owned. The ducts and stuff are hot from sitting and then a quick shot of A/C usually cools it down.
