Firewall Help!

Hey guys im almost done the ccfl install but I can't get my firewall out. I followed this guide
How I Got Into My Cabin And Wired My Switch

And I'm not sure as to how i can get the carpet up. Once I do that how do I get the wire up to the top? Just push it through? Thanks alot in advance I had pictures but my wife has my cell so soon as I get it back ill post them

Anybody? I looked at the guide and im still not seeing how to pull this thing back

Well where are you planning to put your switch?

Once you puncher your firewall boot you shouldn't have to lift up the carpet. Because you can run on the under side of you dash to a location somewhere.
