Auto Lights mod

Well, I did mine yesterday, and I think modding the knob is better than modding the swittch. I just cut 1/5th of an inch off the edge of the plastic, that stops it from turning, with a pair of nippers, trimmed it with an exacto blade, then touched it up with some fine sand paper.... It works perfectly.

Yes. I agree that it is easier to mod the cap than it is to break off the switch tab.

I must have not gotten the memo, because I don't know what you are talking about. I did get the memo about the cover page for the TPS reports though.

Automatic Lights Anyone

It may be possible to do a minor modification that will enable your headlights to come on automatically when the conditions are dark enough.

Or, as in my case, if you don't have the light sensor, the same mod will make your lights come on when you start your car, and go off when you turn it off.

Right......yeah........I'm going to need you to come in on Saturday. Thanks for the clarification. Mine has the auto lights already, so I guess this mod isn't for me.

Zoooooom I'm back! Auto headlights mod done! It took me a while because I couldn't find my stapler. Errrr ummm pardon me but I believe 4rwheeler has my stapler.
