Steering wheel inserts?

My 05' has the controls on the top spokes which is fine but it's just the dull grey rubbery texture for the bottom spokes. I carbon fiber vinyled the control spokes but wanted to do the same with the bottom ones. Problem I ran into is vinyle doesn't stick to that rubbery crap even after sanding.... so my next thought was aftermarket inserts... but I couldn't find any by themselfs -just entire dash kits :-(
Is there a simple solution to this? I know some of the later Magnums/Chargers/300s have plain inserts for the bottom spokes but mine doesn't....

Kinda forgot I posted this. I figured out a solution (albeit not a great one). White ellmer's glue first, carbon fiber vinyl second. Sticks better that way and seems to be holding ok.... we'll see in the long run.

I had carbon fiber vinyl on it before I'm going for the silver look now but only my top two spots are silver on the steering wheel

Buy a new wheel and sell yours.
