Riding Neon

Been looking around for some neon/LED for the interior of the Magnum and wanted to see what you all think about it. I ordered some LED light bars on ebay (3 million color interior lights) to TRY to save some money and it ended up being a complete waste due to the fact that a junction box came on each set resulting in not enough wire to run through the firewall, just a mess of wires and definately not enough light. I really didnt want to go to an audio shop around here and pay a lot of money for single 12" Streetglow neon tubes. Anyone install neon/LED in a Magnum? I aint trying to look like a rice burner but a nice glow under the dash and under the hatch would be great!

I'm kinda looking for the same. I saw the system offered on e-bay and wondered about it. The one I saw was a blue system that went under the dash and seats. At least that's is what the picture showed. What concerned me was that is looked to be a generic set up.

I do know some guys here in FL that have developed a neon control box and they are using it for several applications. The latest is for front grill and louver glow. It really looks awesome. The box they developed can operation on one color, several colors or scroll through a 256 color scheme. They are also hooking the box up with things like the stereo so it will surge with the sound or with the engine throttle so it will surge with the engine.

Looks very nice. Thanks. However I am concerned with the cops on that one. After getting impersonating an officer with my underbody blue led kit since it flashed to my bass, im pretty sketchy about grill neon. I was told blue and red under, on top, and definately in the grill are illegal not that that has stopped anyone but impersonating those people puts you on "the list". But that sure would look good at the shows that I go to! And that is why I am now on these websites for products instead of ebay where who knows what will show up on your doorstep. I will be checking into that grill neon though. Thanks.

Sure - It's the box that is interesting. I can see using it inside, outside or anywhere. I like the grill lighting as well and it would be worth a try just to see what happens.
