I Have Some Questions About Setting Up a Show

Has any one ever set up a show and if so how difficult is it? I was thinking about doing a poker run for either Mags only or all LXs. I live in western Montana, we have some fun winding mountain roads, and some long straight runs on the highway. Any Help is appreciated. Thank You.

It's not too bad, just check with all your "stops" to make sure they can accomodate the group size (parking, etc), set up a time / place send out some invites then go have a blast!

I was thinking about seeing if the dodge dealers would give me some lot space and hand out the cards, i feel that would be a win/win, we could have a place big enuf to set us up and it would draw people in to look @ all the Maggies. The only problem I see with that is setting a time line. But I feel like we could cover 500 miles in 2 days and then on the third do a show and shine/awards and show your hand.
