Here's the guy I bought from. he has a couple more active auctions for em. I offered $300 on his $400 auction and he accepted. New DropZone Shocks/Struts + Springs 05-09 Dodge Magnum : eBay Motors (item 380229250482 end time May-04-10 19:36:17 PDT)
Right, i was planning to do it all (shocks and struts) but couldn't find it all on ebay. Thanks for the link, looks helpful. And yeah i'll let you know if i find the whole package. Thanks.
If you're only replacin springs, it's gonna be bouncy. Our stock struts/shocks are not designed for a lowered height. While you will still get the look you want, the ride quality will not be there. You're gonna end up takin everything apart anyway, so I would suggest doin it the right way and replacin the struts and shocks. I found a full DropZone kit on ebay for $300 with free shipping, brand new. I don't want to discourage you, it's just gonna be a HUGE hassle to do the job twice if you're not happy with the ride quality on stock struts/shocks. I can walk you thru the process either way, just lemme know. Here's the link I used, it gives you the general idea. http://www.custommagnums.com/forums/...coilovers.html
Nice, so how much mechanical experience would you say i need to do this myself? And do these seem right DropZone lowering springs 05-06-07-08-09 Dodge Magnum : eBay Motors (item 360234083897 end time May-11-10 15:03:12 PDT) thanks.
I did the install myself. Handling is much tighter and stiffer than stock. I put on the DZ shocks and struts too, so there's no bounce at all. After 4 months, I'm really happy with everything. It dropped me about 2" front and 1.75" rear.
Hey hows it going, like your mag. I saw u put Dropzone suspension on it and was wondering if you could tell me what you think? oh and btw did u install them yourself? Thanks
