Might be old news for some, but if you are looking to get a build sheet on your Mag, go here:

Contact Dodge

In a few days they will e-mail you the build sheet. I did mine when I first got my car and it has come in handy on several occasions. I keep a hard copy, a copy on my flash drive and in all my e-mail accounts. You never know when you are going to need a little tid bit off of there.

When the manufacturer builds your car, they create a "build Sheet".
It lists all the options and accessories that will go into your car, when they build it at the factory.

Think of it as a receipe for building your car, what color, what options, tires sizes, engine size, etc.

You can also get one from the parts guy if he is real nice. When I went looking for a bracket I noticed that he printed one out. I asked for it at first he said "the manager dont like us giving these out, but here ya go". I asked him what was so TopSecret about these, and he said "silly isnt it".

In the old days (dating myself here) they used to put a copy of the build sheet under the drivers seat, tucked up into the cushion springs........

I guess they stopped doing that...........

The rumor still is that they still hide the build sheet in the car somewhere. Sometimes it's under the seat like you said, and other times they hide it where ever they want. The final inspector has the discrection on where to hide it. Other times they hide it in the dash, under the carpet (before they add the trim piece's), or where ever they want. I have not gone so far as to tear my Maggie apart to find it yet, but I have been told that they are there.

Anyone do a complete rebuild of an LX to confirm this? Just curious...

I have something called a"VIP Summary Report". My dealer gave it to me when I bought my used '05. It shows codes and descriptions for standard and optional equipment. I think it's the same thing, but I went ahead and requested a build sheet anyway.
LOL, under "optional equipment", they listed LR, LF, RR, RF springs each separately as well as code YGFA, "8 additional Gallons of gas".
