    Tim and I talked about it in the Magnuts social page, we're tryin to find somewhere with good parking, is the place we did it last year good or would we like to find something new, the parking was great last year so close to the pavillion, any ideas let me know I can have my wife do some research, so far the places we found didn't have areas we could reserve parking, first come first serve.

    I can contact some Dodge dealerships and see if they are interested in hosting but they may not like drinking on the property.

    Let me know what I can do to help make this happen.

    Where we were at last year was fine. Mike has the monetary details about there though so hopefully he will chime in. It doesnt even need to be as large as it was last year, just hoping to keep it going. Im not going to be able to do too much this year as my wife leaves in about 2 weeks and wont be back until May '11 but I can still take donations like last year and do the Costco trip. I'll help where I can though so hopefully we all can make this work again!

    I think we might be too late for the place we had last year Mike booked it in January and said every other pavilion was booked by Mid Feb at the latest!! I think we need to find something a bit more central.... I was going to do some searching then we got all the snow.... and now I'm back to work... I am taking a vacation the first saturday of May to the following... and my boss told me the rest of May is pretty busy.... so we may need to push it back a bit..... I could also see if we could hold it at my church in the big hall... we wouldn't have a grill but there is a full kitchen.... other than that I'll keep looking

    I think I found a place, the firehouse up the street from me is 99% sure we can have it, I was thinking a car show hosted by the Magnuts that way we can bring in some cash for the house as well since its a volunteer house.

    What do you guys think?

    I need to know when, I told them late May to mid June.

    I think Mid June would work best.... like the 12th or 19th.... I also think we should open it up to other groups.... I know my dad would like to show!!! Plus a little more Variety will bring in a bit more money for the Firehouse!!!
