Steering wheel vibration/ ESP control

Has anyone up here in the NW area had any problems with steering wheel vibration? I talking about the kind that makes it feel like you're driving with a flat tire? It's been so bad before that I'll get out of the Mag walk around, even check and guage all 4 to be sure.
When driving over a frost heaved road or in the rut areas of road that see alot of use, I notice my ESP trying to work. Prob I have with this is I feel it's causing more or a steering control issue. I end up turning it off if it's to severe. Or even through large wind gusts we get here, it will do the same thing, feels like its pulling against you.

I notice it less with the 20's than when I had the 18's. Not sure how that's possible.

Anyone else experience what I'm talking about with their Mag.

Unfortunately not.... only thing I can think of is either the tread on your tires or maybe an alignment.... those are my 2cents

Looked at that after the 1st time it happened, not a prob there. And the tires are brand new race preformance tires, still have enough traction in them.
