It's called male PMS my friend and yes it does exist!
Male PMS: Irritable Male Syndrome
Haha all kidding aside . . . you just need to find a hobby you are passionate about to take the edge off.
Mine used to be skateboarding which was great because my anger allowed me to try new tricks without the care of getting hurt. . . it actually progressed my skills quite a bit haha but now being older and well . . out of shape, nothing takes the edge off like grabbing a couple beers and jamming out some tunes with my friends.

It could possibly be a sign of bipolar disorder. You might call a psychlogist (not a psychiatrist) and see what he thinks. Mine made a big difference for me.

i have been haveing the same issues myself and i did start talking to a psychlogist, and that alone was one of the hardest things ive ever done, due only to me being to much of a hard a$$ to talk about my problems with a stranger.but it REALLY has helped me alot.i can not stress this enough!i feel so much better its almost unreal.just my 2 cents on the issue, and hopeing to help out one of our magnum family.

My doctor diagnosed me with S.A.D.... Seasonal Affective Disorder, it's a real syndrome.
It has to do with lack of exposure to sunshine and the subsequent lack of Vitamin D.
Fortunately for me, I live in SoCal, so it's affects are less than in other parts of the country, such as Michigan.
Talk to your doctor, he may be able to suggest some things to eleviate some of the effects. I read an article in which the patient sat in front of a certain color flourencent lights for a few minutes each day... it had dramatic, positive effects... without the use of medications or mood enhancers.
Just a thought for ya... I been there, done than. It was no fun.
Best of luck...
