    Frustrated beyond control...

    I donno what its been lately but ive been frustrated and angry at everything recently, esp the few people close to me its like every little thing has me blowing up out of proportion, like stupid drivers to someone leaving something out of place.... Now ive never been like this it just seems like the last few months have been building up, its getting to the point now where its even affecting my job and the way things are i cant afford to lose my job so this is starting to concern me.

    Has anyone else ever had trouble like this before? What have to tried thats made things easier for you to cope with?

    You need to get a hobby that relieves stress. Like Paintball or Martial Arts. I put up a punching bad in my garage for those stressful "OMG I GOTTA F'ING PUNCH SOMETHING" times.

    maybe a vacation is on order, just get away from the day to day for a bit and let some steam off. I get that way when i am run down from working to much and need a few days off, be careful who you take this pent up rage out on because the ones you love should never have to see this side of you directed at them. Anything worked in tha past to make things better?

    Im the same way my friend and I cant help it. I will be the kindest guy you ever meet and I wont sweet the small stuff but for some strange reason, I'll hold it in. As you said, you cant hold all of the little shit any longer and it becomes a huge problem and you feel like you have no where to turn because no one has the answer for you.

    I havent found anyway to gradually release my anger but I need to. Its not healthy. I wish you the best!

    I heard there is an "herbal" remedy that makes you feel "happy". So I heard...

    As for me, I try to not let that stuff bother me. I am my own master. If I get bent out of shape because the cereal boxes are out of whack or if some shmuck doesn't use his turn signals, then I have issues.
