Anyone running dual monitors?

Picked up a couple of 22" widescreen LCD's this weekend for a dual monitor setup (pic attached). I have already downloaded UltraMon utility and it is great. I do have a couple of questions:

When working on the secondary screen in Photoshop, when I choose the save for web option it opens up the dialog box in the primary monitor. Is there any way to make sure all windows of a program open up within the same monitor?
