Not really, I figgure for about the same price difference (or less) of an SXT to the R/T (atleast in canada) you can mod an SXT to get the power of a stock R/T

However I have little car experience and am just adding all the performance gains listed for all the performance products avaliable for the SXT.

Rightfully so.

Everyone is entitled to an opinion.

Some people just like to work at making power. But think about it, with the very little aftermarket performance parts we have out there for the 3.5, if someone turbo charged it correctly and properly and spanked even an r/t...now that's something the r/t owner can't live down. Then the r/t owner would have to go and spend more on what they have to be able to beat the v-6.

The point is its all about the challenge.

If it weren't for the fact that formula 1 engines use exotic alloys and a different fuel type, I would grab that engine in a heartbeat. v8 with a displacement under (if I remember correctly) 3.0. Now that's amazing.

have you seen the internals of an F1 engine, the pistons only move like an inch up and down

True.

But look at the displacement, induction type, and the numbers they produce.

They are restricted to natural aspiration. Granted they have higher revs and its use is mostly on tracks.

But it sure would be nice to drive one don't you think?

The price has come down on them so maybe it will be the Pearl's future.
