Stock X-Pipe question
Hey everyone I have a SRT8 and I have magnaflow exhaust I took out cats and res. and everything but the stock x-pipe its still not as loud as I wanted what If I just take out that x-pipe you think it will make it louder?> what can i do>?

First, why do you want it to be just loud?
If you took off the cats you should have CEL's and other computer issues. Why don't you just put in electric exhaust cut-outs, then when you want it loud, you just hit the switch.... |

The X-pipe is a vital part of the system, you do not want to remove it.

X pipe = better flow. If you want it louder take out the mufflers, the big suitcases and put back the reso's. That's what i'm running right now and I'm loving it!!

hello i brought this thread out to show that srt8magnum claims to have an srt but when you look in to his profile it reads se he has insulated this site with his for sale of his head lights and it really bothers me i feel he owes this site an apology

How about putting the manifolds on upside down and cut holes in the hood and run stacks straight up with spark plugs so you can shoot flames in the air? That might be loud enough for you.
