Man you deff think of some of the cheapest ways to not pay these companys the big bucks for there products I wish I was so creative I'd save a whole lot of money. But yeah I guess time will tell if that is street legal or not.

Why wouldnt it be street legal? You cant change out the filter in NJ?

Even after that I expect little more than $70 for the entire thing. I think that would be tough to beat. As for the legality Im pretty sure Im good. Just the way it was worded on the box made me think it might not be entirely legal. |
