I'm still tinkering with mine. I bought a drill press (thank you harbor freight) but am having to make some redesigns. I know I need to take pictures but the prototype is very rough. The basic concept I started with was a 3in ID pvc pipe for the outer casing, capped on one end with a cleanout on the other. Down the center would be a 1in ID pvc pipe with alternating stainless wire coiling up the pipe. The problem I ran into is keeping the wires from crossing. SS wire is hard to work with. My latest change is to move to two small dowels with tightly wrapped wire with each being a separate electrode. I am going to be working on it more this week and will hopefully be bringing it to the Northern VA Chantilly M&G. It won't be installed but maybe at least operational.

I need to find some time on a lift to run the line from the rear to the front and need to select the tubing based on heat resistance.

I will warn you now that it is very rough. I'm trimming the budget until I get it working. Then I will probably commission someone else to build the pretty into the next design.

Also I'm looking into putting in a CAI so I can put a custom fitting onto the intake. If I get the exhaust as well I may be able to get my mechanic to run the tubing under the chassis but money will restrict.

My generator and MAP enhansor are completed and working, on my shop bench. Now that is is finished I'm a little hesitant to run it and hack into the MAP wiring...
I was going to put it in my wifes truck but I know she isn't going to want to mess with it...

Well I completed my Electrolyzer after several revisions. And I have PICTURES!!!!.

The design as mentioned before is a 3 inch PVC with stainless steel wire wrapped around a pair if wooden dowels. I tested it off the car and got some bubbling. Current Catalyst to water ratio was 3TSP to a gallon. I got some bubbling. SoCalRT, how much bubbling should I be getting from an open electrolyzer on the bench.

I am not even going to venture to build a MAP/O2 sensor enhancer. I'm going to go ahead and purchase on this one I think.

It does have to remain vertical. I'm probably going to mount it behind the back seat. I'm still not sure if I have it right as the videos I'm seeing online of HHO generators have a lot more bubbling going on.

I'd be itnerested in some pics as well. You must have a smaller reservoir than mine to get it to fit up front without altering your front end.

I fully support your idea on the HHO kit. I myself have been building on for my Magnum RT. I am going to use the plate system instead of the coil. I also have read that you can use the o2 sensor extenders which I currently installed after removing my cat's. I will aslo be installing mine in the rear of the car sourcing power from an acc power source. Power to you bro. I will post pictures soon...... 18.7mpg currently with a/c running.
