Hemi exhaust question

Ok, i'm new here and a brand new magnum owner. one complaint allready about the car. IT'S TOO DAMN QUIET. anyways i just wanted some opionions or if anyone has allready done it let me know. i was thinking about just cutting out that huge muffler thats under the car and just putting a pair of glass packs under it. i figured it would sound good because of the tip muffler/resonator. i just dont want it to sound too much like a truck. i'm not a big fan of flowmasters either, have considered though. any thoughts?

slickcdb2000's Sig:Yeah, It's got a Hemi in it.

im sure someone will give you some great tips on what to do if you want to chop your system up and add in stuff. I know its been done before.

me on the other hand. i just bought a full dual catback system from flowmaster. I thought the same thing you did when i got the car. not loud enough.

Here is a Video I just put together check it out.

and feel free to check my other videos.

I have a full Magnaflow cat-back exhaust which I bought for $400 at a muffler shop and it was pretty quiet for my liking. I then decided to delete the resonator and now have straight pipe instead of the resonator. Sounds nuts in case you want to go down that path.

do ya'll think i would actually get a power increase by just putting glasspacks on it? or just make a lot of noise?

slickcdb2000's Sig:Yeah, It's got a Hemi in it.

It will just make a lot of noise. If you want a power increase, go with H-pipe. It helps alot according to the butt dyno.
