Arizona Meet and greet?
Hey guys,
I know that some of you out there have said there is a regular get together time for us out in az and i'd love to know where it's at and what times! My girl is completely stock right now, but i'm always up for meeting other car club guys to get some ideas!! Also i'm looking to see if anyone out here in az owns a tuner and might be able to tune up the engine for a small fee  Just wanted to see a roll call i guess of all of the people who are in the forums here that are from az. I live up in north scottsdale but i'm always up for a ride anywhere! |

iam in ahwatukee,az iam always ready for a ride and a meet and greet

Hey whats going on? The weekly meet n greet is on 83rd ave and Beardsly in the Safeway parking lot. There is usually about 10 - 15 LX's there on average and more on special event days. There are about 100 - 150 or so cars of all types that go hang out from 6p.m. - whenever. All us LX's hang out in the Chase parking lot. Can't miss us! I go out about once a month becasue I live in Maricopa and Gas is just rediculous now a days. Come join us sometime. ^^^^ bomdigy pretty much said it right. In regards to tuning. There are lots of us with Diablos and Superchips, etc but they are all "married" to our cars. The manufactures do not allow them to be connected to other cars. When you initially plug the tuner into the car it does a factory backup that contains info specific to the car (VIN, engine #, trans #, serial numbers of the PCM/TCM) and that info is added to the canned Diablo tune or whatever you re-flash the car with. So in short, gotta buy your own. I'll look forward to seeing you at one of our meets. You might wanna checkout AZLX over on the other forum...we schedule all of our cruises and everything over there.
