Poor Tina!! I cried when you said ur lost ur mag. But it's something that can happen to lots of people. Things happen and sometimes there's not much someone can do. I had my truck repoed a few years ago because the finance company screwed up. It basically cost me more in legal fees than I owed on the truck, well actually cost the finance company the legal fees after I sued their asses. I made a couple of extra payments and they misapplied them and then said I was a month behind and repoed it for being 30 days behind. Always, always keep your canceled checks or print copies of your automatic payments just in case you have to go to court over it.
