That may be okay with a 9" and thinner wheel. Hopefully, it is an 8.5" wheel instead. I have a +20mm offset with 10" wheels. They tuck perfectly and are just off the brake calipers by 2mm.

JCSRT8 is just warmin' up!
I'm running a 13 offset on a 9.5 wheel and when I go lower in a few weeks I'm gonna have to roll the fenders because it wiil definetly rub with the sportlines I plan on using.

3mm is a little less than 1/8" - 6mm = .24 inches or about 1/4 inch. Thats how much farther out your wheel will extend with a +12 offset compared to a +18 offset, based on 9.5" wide wheel. You'll probably have to roll the fenders to avoid rubbing if you drop with the sportline springs. If you run a 8.5" or 9.0" wheel, you should be ok.

damn you are right.
3mm in my head wasnt that much.

the rims were 22x 9.5s and on the mag it looked like they stuck out a tad bit.

i guess i gotta find 15-18mm to tuck in the wheel huh?!

FIVE 22" LORENZO RIMS WHEELS + TIRES GREAT CONDITION. <1 YEAR OLD

according to the above pic the 2" drop would prolly rub.

booo! more sitting n waiting for a set o 22s.

I've read other posts where you stated that you didn't inquire any problems on stock shocks, so what made you swap out for Eibach pro dampers

There were no problems with the shocks. The problem was with me. The rears were Nivomat self leveling shocks and they wouldn't allow for the drop I was ultimately looking for. I didn't know I had the Nivomats until after the sportline springs were installed and I got my car back. Many of the posts I made regarding stock shocks early on, were based only on what I knew at the time. Further research gave me insight to the benefits of the pro dampers and that they, (pro dampers) could give me the ride and stance I was after. So, that's why I say in the post previous to this, "It's better to wait and do it right!" Too bad for me, I often have to learn the hard way. I try to share my experiences, both good and bad, so that others may avoid the same pitfals I've encountered. As much as I'd like to think I know everything, spending 10 minutes on these forums reminds me that I do not! Thanks everybody!!!
