i made a sig in photoshop and flash and im trying to upload it, its no big and cant get this file size down. what did you do?

Can't upload flash movies on here, have to make an animated .gif file out of your animation, if you made the animation in photoshop just export it out as a .gif file. Search around google if you need for photoshop and animated gif.
