    Lightbulb TACH not working

    My TACH on my 05 SXT stopped working. Anyone else have this issue

    Yes happend to me also its bout 550$ from dealership only way to deal with it cause its all tied in together

    There is a test you can do to determine if its the cluster or not. I believe you turn the ignition to the one possition and then push and hold the trip odommeter button. All the guages should go tru a test cycle. I think I got this right. Bill may be able to chime in a tell you. And welcome from NC.

    ok .... i was able to do this test.. Everything functioned except for the tach guage....

    Sounds like you need a new cluster.. But that's not a guarantee.. Could be something else down the line.. Only way to know would be to borrow a friends to test if you have anybody local that would be willing to do that for you..

    I have a cluster from an 06 sxt thats in working order. It reads 39k miles I think. I'd take $150 shipped if you need one.

    Ok thanks much.. I am most definnetly intersted in the cluster. Will have to wait until the 15th of the month though.. for $$$$$ reasons. if thats ok .
