The JBA shorty headers will workout nice for your car. The SLP LM 1 exhaust includes a "Powerflow X" crossover pipe. When you get the gaskets, make sure that you use the Mopar exhaust manifold gaskets. They will work the best. You may also want to use Stage8 locking header bolts. You don't want the headers to loosen up due to repeated hot/cold temperature changes. When I installed the JBA short headers on my '05, I used the Mopar gaskets and Stage8 locking header bolts. I haven't had a single issue in over 2 years.

Here's everything you need to know about installing headers on an AWD.

    RT AWD Header Install-How To

Good luck, you're gonna need it! One other tip that'll help on the passenger side; remove the valve cover to free up a little more room to get those upper header bolts on.

Stock 6.1 exhaust bolts work very well and haven't come loose to date.

Nordlock washers in the NL SP spec will hold all together also.
First, junk the bolts that came with the headers, ans use the 6.1 exhaust bolts. They come with a lock compound on them.
They seem to hold up just fine on their own. If you want some extra security, the Nordlock washers work excellent. Together they are $$$ cheaper than the stage 8 and easier to instal.
We used to go with stage 8, and they work, - but found this an easier and cheaper instal.
