Well since helping my husband find his wheels and tire and also looking for my own. I have found that Home - Discount Tire Direct has some really good packages deals. Shipped mounted balanced FREE. they also come with the TPMS. really cool guys and are willing to help out and give the best prices. even price match online prices.

With the exhaust... depends on your taste. Alot of the websites have sound clips so you can listen to what they sounds like.

Hear exhaust @ Borla Performance Industries - Borla - The World's Most Winning Exhaust and MagnaFlow Performance Exhaust - American Muscle Sound Files
Try Auto Parts Warehouse | Discount Auto Parts Online - Get Free Shipping - Auto Accessories - AutoParts - Performance Parts or check with some of your local muffler shops that do systems and have one built for your Mag.

Is yours an RWD or AWD, watch-out for the offset on your new wheels.

Offset

According to our friend and fellow Mag owner, Greg095: (in archives, 06/07/07) the offset for an AWD is aprox: 35mm-55mm... that is the distance from the face of the hub to the center of the wheel, so, we need to make sure the new wheels fit within those dimensions
