Yeah what's up everyone my name is Scott live in Kentucky I have a 2005 Dodge Magnum with a hemi and I bought it with it in going into limp mode and the codes that come up is p0700 and p0731 and p0732 sometimes and p073 sometimes I replaced the fluid and filter I replaced the conductor plate and all shift solenoids it's still doing the same thing it'll shift fine up until 3rd gear and it stays in third gear. It won't let the RPMs go up too high after that or nothing and it won't shift out of third gear when I come to a stop it'll be in second gear and that's the girl will stay in if I turn it off and turn it right back on it'll pull out fine and it'll run it perfect all the way up until 3rd gear there's no slip in that I can feel I'm kind of stumped I don't know if it's a computer problem with the ECM or the TCM or whether it's the transmission itself or possibly maybe the valve body any help would be appreciated thank you.

First I would try disconnecting the battery and take the Pos and Neg cables and tie them together with a string, away from the battery post for a while, 30 min. This will re-set the system then re-connect and see if the code still comes back. Usually it’s something basic and just needs to be re-set for some reason.
