Debating whether to get 3.5 inch tips or 4 inch tip on my dual exhaust Friday, what y'all think???

I had 4" tips and I thought they were too big. They looked good from the back, but I didn't like how they looked from the side.

How about no tips and just do turndowns. I live by the ocean and exhaust tips always rust, plus I've always ran turndowns on my old schools, love the deep sound.
