Ok I found the exhaust leak. It's where my cat connects to the header on the driver side. I loosened it up and retighten but still get the same leak. Any ideas?

They make an exhaust sealant, it's kinda like caulk... but for exhaust. I have some but I can't really speak on it cuz I never opened it. They sell it at the auto parts store.

Thanks man. That's a great idea cause it's already tight enough I think so I will go ahead and put that on since it ain't so bad of a leak.

thanks for that idea with that sealant!!! i took it back down and and seen a small dent at the end of the header. so i used the sealant on both pipes where they connect, let it dry for 24hrs and it worked. now it feels smooth like its suppose to be.
