HELP! Oil Pan Gasket repair gone wrong!

This has been one nightmare after another but in the interest of time... the latest catastrophe in my leaking oil-pan fix on my 2005 Dodge Magnum RT 5.7L:
When I removed the old gasket/windage tray, the 4 T-joint seals that you're supposed to add RTV to, tore and pulled out of the block (see pic for reference)

Both the front and rear... is this something I can just stuff back up and RTV the crap out of or so I need to replace them?

I'm not even sure what seal they are a part of, I'm assuming the front is part of the Timing Chain cover but the rear looks like it's a part of the block? Maybe some part of the rear main seal??

Any help is greatly appreciated.
