If that passes, I guess I will NEVER buy a CD again since I can't legally copy it to an mp3 player even with a purchased CD. And with the popularity of MP3 players, etc. I'm sure that will be the death of the CD stores.
Sure the new generation of music distribution is online, but just think about the consequences of a bill like this.
