I have a 2006 Magnum w/136,000 miles on it. Had a brake job done about 6 months ago. I have a high pitched grinding/squealing sound--kinda sounds like crickets--that's happening when I'm driving and stops when I brake/stop. It only happens when the car is warmed up. Maybe something with the brakes is hung up? Taking it to the shop tonight, so any ideas today would be helpful. All the belts look good to me, by the way. Thanks. PS Now it's also making this sound when I back up/brake.

It's possible that whoever did your brakes didn't bed them properly.

Check that your pads are good. The pads have a warning clip that is meant to notify the driver that the pads are needing to be replaced. This warning clip rubs the rotor, producing a high pitched squeal, when driving without applying the brakes. It stops when the brakes are applied.
