How long will a magnum go/ who has the highest miles?

So I'm writing this because my magnum needs quite a bit of work it's a 2005 SXT and has about 205000 miles on it. I originally bought the car off my parents cause I always wanted one and I thought the car would be really cool but but my parents Did not really maintain the car very well. So I'm just wondering how many more miles can I realistically get out of it? I'm kind of wondering if it's worth putting the money into the car? How many miles yall got on your car? The main reason I'm wondering if it's worth putting in the money is because I already have another magnum that I wanted to do a lot of work too as well let me know what yall think.

I'm not sure about the six cylinder Magnums. I've heard that there are problems with the V6 engines used in the early Chargers, 300's and all Magnums due to oil passages in the block and water passages in the heads being too small. The result is if oil changes are neglected so that sludge forms or good corrosion inhibiter is not kept in the cooling system, they are prone to engine failure. The only problems that I've heard of in the Hemi's is valve seats falling out of the heads if they are overheated. If your SXT has been neglected, I would suggest flushing out both the cooling system and the oil system really well, and put in fresh antifreeze and fresh oil to clean things out.
205,000 miles is a lot for a Magnum, especially one with questionable maintenance. I would find a trustworthy mechanic who can tell you what the car might need and how many more miles you can realistically get out of it. If you really like the car I would recommend keeping it. Fixing a used car is almost always cheaper than buying a new one.
My 2008 R/T has about 130K miles on it I think? Most recently I spent $700 on a new radiator and fans because the OG fans got brittle and fractured into the radiator this summer. Still cleaning out coolant residue from my engine compartment.

However overall I haven't had any major issues. With the car hitting 100K the past couple years I'm not surprised something didn't finally go. Most of the plastic is getting brittle, just didn't expect the fans to go like that as I've never had a car or even heard of this happening in any other car.
My 05 AWD RT is at 197 and am having to replace tranny and front driveshaft. Other than that my girl is still going strong!
I have an '06 Magnum R/T AWD that is just shy of 400,000 km / 250,000 miles. 3rd radiator, 2nd starter, and 3rd water pump.

Biggest threat I face (fingers crossed) the rust and corrosion on my rims causing air leaks.
‘05 Magnum R/T with 217k mostly freeway miles. No problems, just normal periodic maintenance / replacements. Somehow the dealers haven’t screwed it up too bad over the years! :ROFLMAO:

Same thing happened to mine at 64000 miles
283K and stronger than ever. I chose to rebuild my 3.5 at 200K cause I wanted more power. Other than that replaced radiator, water pump, alternator, driveshaft bushings, motor mounts, transmission mount and a few batteries. I change my oil every 5K and flush the coolant system yearly. It sounds like a lot, but I do all my own work...it's the labor of love!
2006 SXT with 131,000+ miles and only problems I have had is the pink clip breaking on the shifter and a themostat go out and the fan not work. Not the best maintained, but just made 2 long trips with it. No problems and 23-26 mpg
