oh that's right duhhhh! thanks Hombre, i may get one of those very soon since i suffer from a bad case of allergies!
Keep in mind that if one chooses to buy those cheap filters they probably get what you pay for.

The factory filters probably filter much smaller micron particles and are specifically designed to filter out pollen particles.

Very Nice write up. And I agree with Magmania since I only replace my cabin air filter every 30,000 miles I go with the factory filter. The lower cost filter may be made of paper which will fall apart if it gets wet. Instead of the felt like the factory one is made of. But whatever your happy with.

Wow, I've got 34,000 miles on my '05 R/T and haven't changed my filter yet. That'll give me something to do today.
I would have assumed all mags. had that air filter. This is a good bit of info. for those who don't. Beans for you!!
