Cost will depend on where you live. The cost of the part is probably the same all over the country, but labor will be considerably higher if you live in an area where housing costs are high versus if you live in a small country town.
I looked at your profile & it doesn't mention where you live. Here in SoCal, labor rates for dealers run somewhere between $100-$125/hour. I have found a local mechanic who is really good. His rate is about $60.00/hour, but you need to be careful until you know someone personally. There are a lot of shysters out there who just keep changing parts until they find the problem, and run your bill up.
