What model is it? Im hoping you bought the low speed (CAN B) MyGig because the high speed (CAN IHS) ones will not work with our older model LXs. However, Im guessing that unfortunately, the T&C's are high speed...

If somehow they are CAN B, then heres what you need:

- MYGIG adapter lockpick (NOT MYGIG lockpick)
- Nav antenna (if its a Nav MYGIG)
- Mopar mic (if you want UConnect to work fully)
- Clock fix firmware update disk
- If using Sirius: SAT antenna extension cable & Terk sir-sp splitter (if you have EVIC)
- Infamous cable ties
- And lastly, a PITA way to modify the current bezel. Either cut yours to fit if you dont have REC Nav, find one from an 08 Magnum, or use/find the REC Nav bezel and buy the "filler" parts on ebay.

If you need photos of everything, a simple google search revels TONS!

Reread the instructions. It does have a switch but it doesnt do what you think it does.

As stated above, dont waste your time installing a CAN IHS MYGIG into a CAN B vehicle. It just wont work. The 11+ T&C's have a totally new bus system so I hope you are able to return the MYGIG you bought. So you dont get screwed again, here is a site to reference when looking for model numbers that will work:

then I guess I am very confused.....this is from their site.....

We received many requests for a means to put a factory MYGIG radio into earlier model Chrysler Dodge and Jeep vehicles where the communication and cabling had prevented this type of upgrade. The MYGIG LOCKPICK v.3 ADAPTER has been created and seamlessly integrates the MYGIG radio to these applications.
The interface will also support ALL of the functions available in the standard MYGIG LOCKPICK v.3 when placed in any of these upgrade applications. This will include full unlocking of MYGIG operations as well as the special front / baby and rear camera functions built into the Lockpick.

During development, we created several videos.
A few demos are included on some key vehicles and are available for viewing below. A full application guide is included on this page and includes all vehicles which can upgrade to the exciting factory MYGIG radio.

Their site.....http://www.coastaletech.com/MYGIG.htm maybe e mail them as ask about the model you have and your vehicle.....

it will work with low speed and hi speed, but if the radio is a hi speed you cant make it work on a low speed system. the lock pick cant change a hi speed to a low speed and visa versa.

I thought the Whole Signal Speed Issue didnt come into play until the Switch over to Can Bus B in Some 2007 Models, but didnt hit the LX's till 2008... So really since the 2005-07's dont rely on a Speed Signal like an 08, then the Lockpick Module should be able to use a Hi or Low Speed My Gig in an 05-07 LX...

07norcalsrt8,

How many gigs did you go with and what car did the mygig come out of? I have my eye on a one that came out of a jeep and they tell me its a 130gigs now if I get it I'll be in business. Also what kind of problems did you run into in doing this mod? So I know what to expect...

08-10 LX/LC's had MyGigs as an Option from the Factory... Get the Part number for the MyGig that you are interested in, and have it run to make sure it is the Correct Model to use... Some JEEPs were High Speeds and Some were Low Speed, & it looks like people only know for certain that Low Speed units can be used in all LX's, even though for some reason something is telling me that the speed shouldnt be an Issue for the 05-Early 07 LXs...
