Hi Guys, Long time no see :).

I have had and ignored this code for awhile now (P0158 HO2S Circuit High Voltage Bank 2 Sensor 2) but I have to go through emissions testing and I feel this one might fail me aha.

I am hoping the solution might be as easy as replacing a sensor, but which one and where?

regards

I believe bank 2 is passenger side and sensor 2 is the rear sensor.

That's what I would think.....But, you should replace them in pairs. Understand that the intended life expectancy of the sensors is about 100k miles per Chrysler. If you're close, I'd just replace them all. I just did that in my car.

2 upstream sensors in each exhaust manifold are responsible for proper air/fuel ratio and are paramount to proper engine management. The downstream sensors in the mid pipes are solely responsible for determining proper operation of the catalytic converters.

Upstream - pre-cat
Downstream - post-cat.

I'd replace the downstream sensors and see how it goes.

Wow, mine must be the exception. I'm right at 124k now and no problems.

Pretty much but you'll need a special socket. And don't forget to put anti seize on the threads.

I've tried the crescent and ended up with a bloody knuckle. You can but there's a right tool for every job. $10 to make life a little easier.
