08 RT AWD .....yeah it's gotta hemi!
Check your bushings, ball joints, tire pressures and have an alignment done.2007 RT AWD 5.7 Hemi in NJ. 34k miles. Looking for performance FAQ (where to start for performance boosts) and any specific things to be aware of with AWD models.
Also, suspension sucks, 80-90 mph on a highway curve feels like it's going to sway right out from under me. Recomendations?
Wow thanks ColdBlueSteel. Getting it checked out today. Hopefully you just saved me a fortune in suspension upgradesCheck your bushings, ball joints, tire pressures and have an alignment done.
My 06 R/T AWD with 72k miles (24k in the last 18 months) on the clock feels like it's on rails when cornering at moderately high speeds (or even just plain high speeds). She'll run and corner into the mid-triple digit range with a brand new Jaguar XF without breaking a sweat.
As far as anything specific to the AWD - replace all 4 tires at the same time and make sure that your pressure at each corner is correct for better performance.

Bingo! Got the front bearings replaced and all is well! Cost almost as much as a suspension upgrade but hopefully it's covered under the 85k warranty. Thanks again CBS!Check your bushings, ball joints, tire pressures and have an alignment done.

Gotta remember, the last of the production run of Magnums are just coming off-lease. Production ended in late March, 2008 and if you had a 3+ or 4 year lease...Oh my God, I can't believe this thread is still going! LOL
