Plasi dip removal help

Hi guys. Well I took the plast idip off of me wheels. Was getting tired of them always looking dirty, even after I washed the wheels. Most of it came off pretty well but some of the plasti dip di not come out of the pockets so cleanly.
Any hints or tips to get the stubborn stuff off---any solvents or cleaners to use.

Hmm, "goof off"? Not sure if that would work or not, I'd imagine its getting stuck in places it'd be hard to pick at w/a piece of plastic or something.

Power washer I may have to wait til it warms up a bit. I was actually thinking of repainting the wheels with a satin black paint this spring. I liked the all black wheel with the polished lip, but di not like the matte finish. Always looked dirty to me. LOL
