Forgive my inexperience with Mopar, Hemi and the SRT stuff, but what is the billet item up front of the intake with the "Techco" engraving? Is it an electric water pump?

I ran into a bit of a snag. Got the motor up and running. Noticed that my long term and short term fuel trims were all over the place. Sometimes the banks differ greatly, sometimes they're the same. Additionally, sometimes at idle, closed loop will need to add 33%+ fuel (33% is the max correction allowed), and other times, it will be very close. I thought normally when an injector is stuck you will see a consistent overcorrection in one bank, but it's all over the place. I have checked all the engine grounds I can think of, Checked to make sure each coil is firing, checked for vacuum leaks. Changed the O2 sensors for new ones.

I found the issue. I took the injectors out and turned them upside down and banged them out on a paper towel, rubber particles came out of all but two of them. I must have missed cleaning out one of the fuel lines after assembling it with the AN fittings. Grrr....

Im thinking about sending them to RC engineering to clean and flow test them. I have some G302 injectors but they are way different than my Ford LU80's. First I have to wait until I can pay to clean them. Then I will have to wait to get them back.

Almost there!!! I think we are all waiting anxiously for it to be up and running with a video.

Well, it turns out that snag had nothing to do with the fueling issue whatsoever:

I will conclude what I found out:

Well....

I checked the noid light on the injector while the car was running to make sure the injector batch driver was ok, which it was. I checked a few of the injectors and they all appeared to be functioning normally. Then I took off that side and visually inspected the injectors again, they looked fine. So I swapped them around on that side. No change.

I then decided to check the compression. Compression in cylinder 8=0. So there's the problem right there. I went ahead and checked the other cylinders too they were all 150 on the dot.

So looks like there was never any compression in that cylinder to begin with as this problem started since initial startup. I don't know if the intake valve is not seating or what, but I will be talking to the builder to see where to go from here.

Did a leakdown test to cylinder 8, I found 45% leakage through the intake valve at 1 bar. Then I took the valve cover off to see if anything was going on with the rocker. As soon as I took it off my wife noticed that the pushrod for cylinder 8 had slipped off the rocker for some reason. In fact it looks like it popped off before I even got the motor because the Redline assembly lube was still underneath the rocker on the intake valve. Found the exact problem. The rocker had the intake valve open just enough to leak. So I put the pushrod back in and re-torqued the bolts and hand turned a few times to see if anything would pop out again. Nope, looked good. Fired her up to let the cylinder 8 break-in. Looked good! Sounded good! Problem finally solved!

so it is alive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol when do we get to hear and see this thing!?!?!?!? i know i am not the only one in wet anticipation here. as top gear says "nursing a semy"

It is alive! And running well! Video will be up next weekend!!!!

Breaking her in nice and easy. Right now I have the G302 injectors, stock TB, and the 6.5inch lower supercharger pulley. Going to go to a bigger injector, 100mm TB, and 7.5inch lower pulley.

Holy crap that sounds good....

Not lean, just really really really cold :)

love it!!!!!!!! when is dyno tuning and numbers? looks like atf isnt bad when reving her up. Better question is how does it drive now? maybe worlds mostes fastister wagon? lol

Doing alot of street tuning and partial throttle tuning now. Getting her ready still need to switch out to the bigger crank pulley. Only running 7psi at 6100 rpm. Plan is to put the 100mm tb on and up the boost to 12-14psi. Then she will really scream
