I don't think you will get a drop. In fact, the springs in the front are probably designed to hold the extra weight of the hemi so you may actually get a lift.

 

Not totally true. The Eibach kit for example for the SXT and R/T are the same. That said, given the difference in weight of the engines I'd say there will be less on the SXT. How much less? Not enough to matter (< 250#'s).

I personally wouldn't spend the effort. If you're just lookin for a slight drop (1") you could go with the Mopar springs.

Don't waste your time. My R/T sat up really high with the stock springs. It's way too much work to have to do it twice.

I have attached a photo of my car with stock springs.

And a pic with the Mopar springs. It's amazing the difference a 1" drop makes

 

Then I'll just wait to bag it, have to finish bagging my damn truck first though, and make it run...
